No, unfortunately I do not have the tools necessary to do this, nor the experience of a Jeweler. I recommend taking the ring to your local jeweler where they can guarantee their services.

What does Vintage mean?

Vintage is a term used to describe an item made more than 20 years ago.

Do you Take Wholesale Orders for the Weighted Eye masks?

Are the Weighted Eye Masks and Pillows Exchangeable or Returnable?

No, unfortunately the Weighted Eye Masks and Pillows are made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable due to sanitary reasons.

Can I exchange a weighted eye mask or pillow for a different scent?

No, unfortunately there are no exchanges on the Weighted Eye Masks or Pillows due to sanitary reasons. If the Lavender Scent is too strong, please message me and I will give you some recommendations.

Can I exchange a necklace for a different length?

In this case, I would approve a return and you would repurchase the new desired length of necklace. A lot of the necklaces I offer have different prices depending on the length of the necklace. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

What if the Vintage Jewelry I just purchased broke?

I inspect all the vintage jewelry I sell but sometimes it's not possible to anticipate the condition of a Vintage piece of jewelry until you start wearing it. If the vintage jewelry you bought from me broke in the first 2 Weeks after purchase please contact me with a photo of the broken jewelry so that I can see what happened. I will often issue a refund. Once in a while the jewelry is fixable. However, I won't issue refunds later than the two weeks because I feel that is sufficient time to make sure that the jewelry is in good condition.

Have you cleaned the Vintage Jewelry you offer in your shop?

I often clean the Vintage Sterling Silver jewelry by Hand before listing them for sale. Sometimes the process takes a long time and other times I only do a light touch up. By no means do I do a perfect job, there is still patina often left on the jewelry.
I am aware that Patina can add value to a Vintage Piece and I don’t clean some of the older pieces, but I have found that the majority of the time, cleaned vintage jewelry is more desirable than those that have not been cleaned.
