The Lavender Buds are locally sourced in Washington state from a company called Okanogan Highlands Lavender Farm. The lavender produce on their farm is just fantastic!!

Shipping Insurance is used on Large Orders and I package each item with care so you can feel confident that your order will arrive in good condition.
Please note that Shipping Insurance for International Orders is only somewhat helpful because it can get hard to track and document what happened in the event of a lost or damaged package if the package goes through several Country's Postal Systems. That being said, I've never had to file a claim for an International Order. Knock on wood! :)

No, unfortunately I do not have the tools necessary to do this, nor the experience of a Jeweler. I recommend taking the ring to your local jeweler where they can guarantee their services.

No, unfortunately the Weighted Eye Masks and Pillows are made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable due to sanitary reasons.
Can I exchange a weighted eye mask or pillow for a different scent?
No, unfortunately there are no exchanges on the Weighted Eye Masks or Pillows due to sanitary reasons. If the Lavender Scent is too strong, please message me and I will give you some recommendations.
Can I exchange a necklace for a different length?
In this case, I would approve a return and you would repurchase the new desired length of necklace. A lot of the necklaces I offer have different prices depending on the length of the necklace. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
What if the Vintage Jewelry I just purchased broke?
I inspect all the vintage jewelry I sell but sometimes it's not possible to anticipate the condition of a Vintage piece of jewelry until you start wearing it. If the vintage jewelry you bought from me broke in the first 2 Weeks after purchase please contact me with a photo of the broken jewelry so that I can see what happened. I will often issue a refund. Once in a while the jewelry is fixable. However, I won't issue refunds later than the two weeks because I feel that is sufficient time to make sure that the jewelry is in good condition.
Have you cleaned the Vintage Jewelry you offer in your shop?
I often clean the Vintage Sterling Silver jewelry by Hand before listing them for sale. Sometimes the process takes a long time and other times I only do a light touch up. By no means do I do a perfect job, there is still patina often left on the jewelry.
I am aware that Patina can add value to a Vintage Piece and I don’t clean some of the older pieces, but I have found that the majority of the time, cleaned vintage jewelry is more desirable than those that have not been cleaned.

I love this lavender filled scrunchie for doing an overnight faux blowout hairstyle. I have painful roots and slow mornings due to some autoimmune conditions and so I wash my hair at night, or don't, depending on the day, but I never like to spend time styling it in the morning. This way, wet or dry, I can wrap my hair in the nice thick scrunchie down onto my head in a loose bun, sleep, and wake up with curls that look like I got up and styled my hair. Not only that but it's so lovely as a scent for sleep and to keep my hair smelling good. I've used it almost every night for weeks and there's no sign of any wear or any problem. Thank you!
