This weighted eye mask measures approximately 8 inches wide by 4 inches in height.

The fabrics used on this eye mask are a Snuggle Flannel Fabric on the bottom and a 100% cotton printed fabric on the top.

You may Select a Weighted Eye Mask with Strap, or an Eye Pillow without the strap.

This Weighted Eye Mask is Multi Purpose!

- It can be heated in the microwave and used for relaxation and sinus relief. The combination of weight and heat on your eyes provide relief from sinus pressure and headaches.

The Drawstring Bag Measures approximately 10.5 inches long by 6 inches wide made, custom made to fit the eye pillow for easy storage or as a barrier while in use.

The Small Lavender Bouquet is locally sourced in Washington State from the Okanogan Highlands Lavender Farm. The type of Lavender used in the bouquet is a luxurious variety called Royal Velvet.

The 10mL Lavender Essential Oil is sourced from France and is a 40/42 Blend. One suggested use for the Lavender Essential Oil is to place a few drops onto the seam of the eye pillow before heating to refresh the Lavender Aromatherapy Effect.

HEAT Instructions:
- Place Eye Mask in the Microwave for 50 - 70 seconds, depending on the strength of your Microwave.
- Enjoy!

COOL Instructions:
-Place Eye Mask in a plastic bag, preferrably a zip lock.
-Place the Plastic Covered Eye Mask in the Freezer for 2 - 3 hours.
-Remove from the Freezer, Remove the Eye Mask from the Plastic Bag
-Reuse and Recycle Plastic Bag
-Enjoy!

About Flax Seed Fill:

When browsing Heat Packs, you may find a variety of fills including rice and barley.
Flax Seed is superior to Rice or Barley because Flax Seeds contain oil instead of water.
Rice is water based and once it has been heated enough times, the water is completely disapporated and the Rice Heat Packs will start to smell burned.
This doesn't happen with Flax. The oil from flax seed also mixes really well with essential oil for a heightened relaxation experience.
